TERMS & CONDITION
Royal Stallion Carriers (“RSC”), thank you for visiting us. Your access to and use of the Royal Stallion Carriers Website (the “Site”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (collectively the “Terms”) and all applicable laws.
By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Royal Stallion Carriers are superseded and of no force or effect.
1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:
Billing Policies
Rides are billed to the customer’s credit card. Royal Stallion Carriers accept American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard, and Visa. Using a debit card to secure this reservation may result in an authorization hold on your bank funds exceeding the estimated service amount. Please get in touch with Royal Stallion Carriers directly if you have questions concerning our debit card authorization practice.
The base fare includes a recommended 20% tip. If applicable, stop, wait time, and any holiday surcharges may also be added.
Your receipt will itemize any applicable additional charges (tolls, taxes, parking, fuel surcharge, etc.). A $6.00 admin fee is added to each booking.
All published rates are subject to change without notice.
Airport waiting time policy: Passengers arriving on domestic or international flights will have a thirty (30) minute grace period from the airline's recorded landing time. After the grace period elapses, there is a $10.00 charge for every five (5) minutes of waiting time, billed to the quarter hour.
Non-airport waiting time policy: After a five-minute grace period that does not start at an airport, there is a $10.00 charge for every five (5) minutes after the grace period elapses, billed to the quarter hour.
Train and bus schedules cannot be monitored, therefore, billing begins at the scheduled pick up time.
Passengers who request stops en route will be charged a $20.00 stop fee and $8.00 per five (5) minute increments for any waiting time.
Airport greeter service is available for baggage greets at Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) for an additional $60.00 (add $25.00 between midnight and 6 a.m.)
Onsite Group Coordinator: $65.00/HR (three-hour minimum)
All FBO arrivals have a three-hour minimum charge.
For Sedan airport service between the hours of 11 pm and 6:00 am please add $20.00
For limo/van and SUV airport service between the hours of 11:00 pm and 6:00 am, please add $30.00
There will be a $20.00 charge for all international arrivals
A 3% fuel charge applies to the base fare on all services.
A 15% STC charge applies to all services.
Hourly rate begins when the car leaves the garage and ends upon its return to the garage.
For sedans and SUVs, fractions of an hour are rounded to the next half-hour. Larger vehicles will be billed for the entire hour.
Royal Stallion Carriers provide child seats. There is a $25 charge for each infant or child safety seat. Under state and federal laws, parents and guardians of children traveling in Royal Stallion Carriers vehicles are responsible for installing child safety seats.
Royal Stallion Carriers arrive 30 minutes before all scheduled FBO pickups and 15 minutes before pickups on all other pickups at no additional charge.
Royal Stallion Carriers shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, and breakdowns.
Royal Stallion Carriers assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle.
In the event Royal Stallion Carriers are unable to provide one of its employee drivers for your ride, RSC may contract with a qualified affiliated company to provide the service. In such instances, RSC will strive to ensure the driver receives appropriate service compensation.
Cancellations & No Shows
The following cancellation terms represent standard policy at Royal Stallion Carriers and may be modified occasionally based on the market, desired reservation dates and vehicle availability.
All modifications mutually agreed upon in writing or communicated and confirmed at the time of reservation will supersede the following.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee.
Cancellation of sedans within hours (24) hours of a scheduled pickup in the Washington DC Metro area and twenty-four (48) hours in other US Cities of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee.
International sedan reservations must be canceled 5 days in advance or the full fare + 20% service charge will be billed.
Domestic van reservations must be canceled 14 days in advance or the full fare + 20% service charge will be billed.
International van reservations must be canceled 14 days in advance or the full fare + 20% service charge will be billed.
Mercedes S Class reservations must be canceled 5 days in advance or the full fare + 20% service charge will be billed.
SUV reservations must be canceled 48 hours in advance or the full fare + 20% service charge will be billed.
Stretch Limousine reservations must be canceled 14 days in advance or the full fare + 20% service charge will be billed.
All bus and specialty vehicle reservations must be canceled 14 days in advance or the full fare + 20% service charge will be billed.
A no-show fee equal to the trip plus service fee plus applicable wait time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location.
If you cannot locate your driver call (877) HIRE RSC to avoid a no-show fee.
